“Bioassays with Arthropods” is an excellent book and reference guide for all level of students who are interested in biological sciences and in need of an easy-to-use reference. The best part about this book is that it uses real life examples and talks about all possible scenarios that we encounter when we are new to a specific bioassay. Language is very easy to follow and even motivational for new scientists in the field. In addition, I have known Moneen Jones for several years now, since our post-doc days at the University of Florida, and she has always displayed a high level of passion and dedication for entomology.”

…I used earlier editions of this book as a graduate student to understand interpretations of POLO outputs. In this edition, the authors have included more details in each chapter for readers to understand concepts missing in earlier editions, and added a new chapter on population toxicology. This new edition is a must for anyone interested in design and analysis of arthropod bioassays. I am very much looking forward to the publication of the third edition.
